Caroline Dubois will fight Stephanie Han on February 20 at the GECU Arena at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas, with the WBC, WBO and WBA lightweight world titles at stake. The bout will be shown live on Sky Sports in UK prime time.
Dubois, the unified WBC and WBO champion, travels into the hometown of the WBA titleholder. Both women are unbeaten, so one of them leaves with three belts and the other with a first professional defeat. It is the biggest unification fight of Dubois's career.
Dubois vs Han for three lightweight world titles
Dubois brings two of the three championships into the ring. Han brings the third, and the crowd. The El Paso native has defended the WBA belt three times since winning it, and she has never had a fight of this size in front of her own city.

Han took the vacant WBA lightweight title with a first-round knockout of Hannah Terlep in 2025. Her defences include back-to-back victories over Holly Holm, the second of them in El Paso in May.
"I can't wait to get back in the ring and I can't wait to go into Stephanie Han's hometown and add another world title to my collection," Dubois said.
"I respect what she's accomplished, but I'm coming to El Paso to take her title and show everyone why I'm the best lightweight in the world."
Caroline Dubois
Dubois is a London southpaw known as "Sweet Caroline". Her amateur record includes gold at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, four European Youth Championships and a place representing Great Britain at the Tokyo Olympics.
She turned professional in 2022 and won the WBC lightweight title before unifying the WBC and WBO championships with a victory over Terri Harper at MVPW-01 in April. She last defended those belts against Amelia Moore in August.
Stephanie Han
Han is an El Paso native, a mother of two, a veteran of the El Paso Police Department and a former beauty pageant competitor. She fights under the name "The Enforcer".
"This fight is a dream come true! Finally, I have the opportunity to unify titles in my division and get one step closer to becoming the undisputed queen of the lightweight division," Han said.
She added that fighting at the GECU Arena at the Don Haskins Center in her home city was "incredibly special" and invited El Paso to turn out on February 20.
Most Valuable Promotions on the El Paso card
Nakisa Bidarian, CEO of Most Valuable Promotions, framed the bout as a meeting of two undefeated champions in one of boxing's deeper divisions, and as a return on the city's support for Han.
"Caroline Dubois and Stephanie Han are two undefeated world champions at the top of one of the deepest and most competitive divisions in boxing," Bidarian said.
The fight is promoted by Most Valuable Promotions and takes place on February 20 at the GECU Arena at the Don Haskins Center in El Paso, Texas, live on Sky Sports in UK prime time.
